(i) Soft Copy:
It is a form of digital document file saved on a computer or drive. It is an electronic version of any document not printed on paper. A user cannot touch the soft copy because it is virtual.

(ii) Hard copy:
It is a printed form of a digital document file from a computer on paper or any other material that may be transparent. It may be a photograph, text, drawing, or other types of printable files. They exist as physical objects, and we can touch them.

(iii) WWW:
It is an information system that accesses information over the internet. It is used as a service to retrieve information from a user by using a client-server architecture.

(iv) HTTP:
It is a protocol used to transfer data over the web. It is part of the Internet protocol suite and defines commands and services used for transmitting webpage data. HTTP uses a server-client model.

(iv) Cell pointer:
It is a rectangular box, highlighting the cell in a spreadsheet. It helps identify what cell is being worked with and where data will be entered.

To apply a border in Microsoft Word, go to Design – Page Borders. Make selections for how you want the border to look.
